Ted Kennedy has died at the age of 77. He was a Democrat U.S. Senator from Massachusetts died at the age of 77 on August 25, 2009. Brain tumor was diagnosed to Ted Kennedy on May 20, 2008 and was released from the General Hospital of Massachusetts on May 21. Ted Kennedy was in Boston on February 22, 1932 to Edward Moore Kennedy.

Ted Kennedy was the senator of the United States since 1985 and is survived by five children, his wife Victoria Reggie Kennedy, Jean Kennedy Smith his sister and many nephews and nieces. Although Ted Kenney had a successful surgery after being diagnosed the brain tumor but his health was getting worse and worse and in the month of January he suffered an attack too. Just two weeks before the death of Ted Kennedy, his sister Eunice Shriver passed away. She died at the age of 88. There were total nine Kennedy children and Ted Kennedy was the ninth one.

And the death of Ted Kennedy was the death of eighth child of the family and there is only one left and that is Jean Kennedy Smith which is four year older than the Ted. Senator Kennedy had completed his graduation from the Harvard University. He was living in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts with his wife and five children.
